More Information

If you forgot your password, please use the StarID Password Reset tool.

New StarID passwords created on or after Oct. 1, 2026, must:

Be 15-128 characters in length.
Use at least 3 of 4 character types (upper, lower, number, special).
Not contain the user's first or last name.
Not reuse a previous password.
Once a user's password meets the new requirements, routine password expiration will no longer apply.
