Step 2: Enter RCTC Email Address (first.last@my.rctc.edu) Click Continue
Step 3: Click Continue to Rochester Community and Technical College
Step 4: Enter Minn State Email Address (starid@go.minnstate.edu) Click Next
Step 5: Complete the login by entering StarID password and any Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) setup for your account
