Photo ID Cards / Badges

Used By Students For:

• Printer Access
• Technology resource check-out,
• Library resource check-out,
• Learning Center swipe-in/swipe-out,
• Financial aid,
• Bookstore,
• Access to athletic facilities,
• Admission to campus events,
• FREE rides on RPT bus routes (Rochester Public Transportation)
• Student discounts at businesses in the community.

Used by staff for:

• Identification
• Printer / Multi-function Access
• Building and room access (programmed by Campus Security with supervisor approval)

RCTC Currently Enrolled Students, Faculty, Staff

IDs are obtained in the Student Welcome and One Stop Center in Goddard Library M1104. 

Students: 

To be issued an RCTC photo ID you will need:

1. Your RCTC Stinger ID number
2. Proof of registration (i.e. your class schedule),
3. One of the following current photo IDs:
   • Driver's License,
   • State ID,
   • Military ID,
   • Valid Passport.

• Replacement Student Photo ID cards are available. There is a $5.00 + tax fee for replacing a lost ID card.
• ID cards will expire when enrollment becomes inactive at RCTC.

Employees

• Employee's supervisor and employee will fill out a Request for Employee ID Badge before an ID is issued.
• Employee's supervisor and employee will work with Campus Security to grant appropriate building access.
