The Facilities Space request form must be completed and approved prior to any work starting on an office move. 
Additionally, use the Request Help button on the right.

  • A technology ticket only needs to be submitted if the following will need to move during an office move, OR any of the following will be added during the move.
    • Phone moves. This applies ONLY to common area phones. 
    • Desktop computer moves
    • Network moves
    • Printer moves
    • New technology
  • Please include as much information in the service request.
    • Room number- Where you are moving FROM and where you are moving TO
    • What technology will be moved during the process, desktop or laptop, phone
    • What is your desired move date, do you have a preference on what Time of the day your office is moved

 

 

 More Information

Please make sure that the request form has been filled out AND APPROVED before submitting an office move request.  If there are any questions regarding the ability to move technology to a new location, please submit a ticket so we can look over the new location with you to verify that the correct connections for the move are in place.  Please note that if there are not the proper network jacks or phone jacks in the new office area, this will affect if the move can happen on time or even if it is possible.
