Submit a Technology Ticket

Overview

The best way to get your technology issues resolved is to submit a ticket.  When submitting a ticket please give as many details as possible. Request help or report a hardware, software, network, application or other issue.

 Environment

Tickets are submitted to Team Dynamix (TDX) from the service portal https://services.rctc.edu

 Details

  1. Gather details of the environment in which you are working (ex: error message, Windows or Mac, on-campus or home, building location, browser, application, etc.)
  2.  Submit Ticket or use the button link to the right.
