Password Reset

Overview

Many issues accessing campus services such as D2L BrightSpace, eServices, E-mail, and Micrsoft 365 can be remedied with a password reset using the Minnstate Password Reset Tool.

If you forgot your password, please use the StarID Password Reset tool.

 Details

  1. Access the password reset tool
  2. Select a method for which you can get a password reset code.
  3. Reset your password.

NOTE: passwords containing the following characters are known to cause EMAIL access issues: ' # '  ' . '  ' $ ' (hash, period, dollar)
