Event and Meeting Room Reservations

Reserve campus facilities and rooms for events and meetings. Conference rooms and classrooms can be reserved in advance for internal college meetings and/or student organization meetings.

Employees, Students (with prior advisor or supervisor approval)

Minnstate Bookit Room Reservation System often referred to as "EMS" event management system.

• Log in to the Virtual Event Management System (EMS) to view current space availability and reserve the space or meeting room.
  • NOTE: External groups (non-Minnstate) will need to reserve spaces with an RCTC Facilities Scheduler.
• If you need room setup, request room setup help from Facilities.
• If you need technology support, request technology support help from Technology.
• Access to the room can be provided by a campus Safety Officer.
• Students require prior adviser or supervisor approval to request a meeting space.
