• Requester must reserve an event space prior to submitting a facilities equipment and room setup request.
  • NOTE: External groups (non-Minnstate) will need to reserve spaces with an RCTC Facilities Scheduler.
• Event support is available during business hours. All requests outside of these hours are contingent upon staff availability and approval.
• If technology is needed, request event technology support.
