Go to the Workday Portal 

There are multiple ways to access Workday:

•  From the desktop icon on your computer (Windows only)   ...Or...
  
   
• Directly at:  www.myworkday.com/minnstate  ...Or...
   
• From Human Resources and Business/Finance TeamDynamix service pages which refer to tasks in Workday.  ...Or...
   
• From the "waffle" menu in Microsoft 365, when logged into swarm.rctc.edu (employee intranet) or Outlook online:
  • Waffle Menu in SWARM
    
     
  • If you don't see Workday in the list of apps, go to "More Apps":
    
     
  • Look for Workday-Production:
    
     
  • If you can't find it, try a search at the top, and enter "Workday".  Then select Workday Production:
