Where to find Workday employee portal.

Employees

Go to the Workday Portal 

There are multiple ways to access Workday:

1.  From the desktop icon on your computer (Windows only)   ...Or...
    

2. Directly at:  www.myworkday.com/minnstate  ...Or...
    
3. From the "waffle" menu in Microsoft 365, when logged into swarm.rctc.edu (employee intranet) or Outlook online:
   • Waffle Menu in SWARM
     
      
   • If you don't see Workday in the list of apps, go to "More Apps":
     
      
   • Look for Workday:
     
      
   • If you can't find it, try a search at the top, from the waffle menu, then enter "Workday".  Then select Workday:
