  • Step 1. Click Select Week from the Time app.
  • Step 2. Select a date corresponding to the work week in which you wish to modify the time entered. Click OK.
  • Step 3. Click the appropriate time block on the timesheet to edit or delete the entry.
  • Step 4. Make the necessary edits and enter a reason for the correction in the Comment section. Click OK.
  • Step 5. After making changes you must submit the new/updated time blocks entered for approval. Click Review to verify your hours for the pay period.
  • Step 6. Click Submit for approval.
