RCTC Student ID Cards
RCTC Student ID cards are used for campus services such as printing, equipment checkout, bookstore look ups, identification, and other student support services. Save time by submitting your Student ID photo through RCTC Remote Photo before visiting the Technology Support Center.

- Note: if you are unable to upload a photo, please let the TSC help desk know after checking in and someone will assist you.
To log in to Remote Photo, use your StarID account in the format: <StarID>@go.minnstate.edu
After Submission
After your photo has been approved a confirmation message will be sent to your RCTC email.
Student ID Service Standard
- Availability:Approved Student IDs are expected to be available for pickup by Noon 12:00 p.m. on the next business day.
- Pickup:Visit the Technology Support Center and use the BeeLine check-in process to pick up your RCTC Student ID within 10 days.
- Identification Required:A valid photo ID is required at pickup before your RCTC Student ID can be released. A State or government issued photo identification such as Unexpired Driver’s License, passport, and Military ID will be needed to obtain a student ID.
- Urgent Requests:If you have an urgent need for your Student ID before the standard pickup time, please contact or visit the Technology Support Center. Expedited printing may be possible depending on staff availability and printing operations.
