An odd design by Microsoft, within the Bookings Calendar view, may confuse Bookings site Admins.

Issue

Registrants/Service times are not showing on Bookings Calendar Week/Day view, but they are in the Calendar side-bar and export list. In the following graphic on the 25th, the 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM sessions have registrants, but these times are not shown on the Calendar on the 25th.

It appears that when the number of sessions per day is greater than four, Microsoft caps the list in the day-display at three in order to save space. However, There is no "More Items" option like Microsoft has in a SharePoint calendar.

 

Solution

The work-around is to either expand the calendar side-bar to view the registrants, or export the list for the day.
