Description
NextGen is a Minnstate initiative for improving how we serve students, employees, and communities. To achieve this goal, Minnesota State is modernizing its digital architecture. Part of this initiative is the implementation of Workday and addressing multiple Companion Projects.
Workday replaces the Integrated Statewide Record System (ISRS) with a modern, mobile, platform designed for today’s students and employees. Workday Student will build upon Workday Finance and Human Capital Management functionality to support employing student workers.
Companion Projects are business solutions such as third-party software, forms, reports, and outsourced services that fill a business gap left open by a student information system like ISRS, which a system like Workday Student may be able to fill.
